CHARTER Men Of Diversion (MOD)
I. Objective and Purpose.
The MOD organization was conceived and formed by its founders from a desire to provide a means and a method for men to share common interests, hobbies,
talents and expertise. Our objectives are to promote bonding, rapport and camaraderie. The help given, the thoughts and ideas exchanged, and support
of each other provide a break from their routine, day-to-day work activity.
II. Organization Structure/Principles.
A. Basis. The fundamental principles for MOD membership are based on these personal virtues: Morality - Decency - Sincerity - Respect - Honesty - Empathy - Cooperation.
B. Hierarchy.
The three originators of MOD, hereinafter referred to as The Big Three (TBT), constitute the top level of membership. TBT
share full authority and responsibility for making any and all decisions relating to MOD including, but not limited to, structure and organization,
membership, activities, spokesmanship, finances and promotions. Prior to making any changes to the organization or administration of the MOD, TBT
will confer with each other to achieve unanimous approval.
The second level of membership is "The Inner Circle" (TIC). These are members of TBT's immediate and extended families. TIC may also include special friends or associates of TBT.
The third level is Common Membership (CM), men who have no direct family ties or other personal association with TBT who desire to share their talents, expertise, thoughts and ideas with other MOD members.
III. Membership/Participation/Application
A. Application for membership and participation in the MOD is restricted to males only.
B. To join MOD prospective members must submit an application with enough details for TBT to make a determination of their eligibility for membership.
After reviewing the application TBT will vote to either accept or reject the application. A unanimous vote by TBT is required for either acceptance or rejection.
